ABOUT THE WRITER:
Day 1: I was doing my routine. Large coffee with three sweeteners. Table in the shade. The place was packed and they just grabbed me. No one looked up. No one came to help me. What is it with people in this town?
Day 2: So, they want me to write something for them. Maybe this is a reality show and my chance to show the world that I am a writer!
Day 3: This is definitely not a reality show. I turned in my pages last night and I was hit with a keyboard this morning. They demanded to know how to hang a lantern on it. They are lucky that cherry kool-aid and goobers got me through my childhood. Mommy can you hear me?
Day 4: They were happy with my rewrites today, but it didn't stop one of them from hitting my with that damn keyboard! Don't writers suffer enough!!!!
Day 5: I guess the strike starts tomorrow. They demanded a shooting draft today. I'm just glad I get to go home soon.
Day 11: I've been alone for what I believe to be 6 days.
Day 18: I want to go home. I've been here for what seems like a year, but I think it's been 13 days. That's nearly two weeks by myself!!! You can't leave a writer alone for two weeks. We can choose to be alone for two weeks, but you leave us alone for two weeks and we start to go crazy.
Day unknown1: I miss my coffee shop. Why did I have to have a routine? They probably followed me. Planned their attack. That's what I would have done.
Day unknown2: My beard has grown out. I'm running low on cherry kool-aid and goobers. I miss my mommy and I want to go home! I'm going to toss my journal out the slit of a window and hope that someone finds it. I keep hearing...maybe Van Nuys? I think they're coming. Hurry!! Find me. Please help me. I used to be a PA on
FROM THE PRODUCERS:
We met the writer at a coffee shop in Burbank and offered him a job. He accepted as long as we put him in a basement. He only wanted cherry-kool aid and goobers to aid him in his creative process. We don't know why he stayed down there so long. We never locked the door. We went back after production and found this in the parking lot. We hope he is okay and found his way back home.
PS. We never hit with anything especially a keyboard.
